Servings 16 ounces

Equipment

  • 16 ounce Glass Soap Dispensor

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Castile Soap
  • 10 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil
  • 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil
  • 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
  • Filtered or Distilled Water

Instructions

  • Add Castile soap and essential oils to the glass soap dispenser.
  • Fill the rest of the jar with filtered water. Shake until combined. This will produce a liquid that is thinner than commercial soap brands. It is still highly effective. However, if you prefer a thicker soap, you can play around with the ratio of Castile soap to water.

Notes

**It is always best to use glass or stainless steel when working with essential oils since they can break down plastics over time.
**You can substitute any mixture or 30 drops of essential oil of your choosing.
**This will produce a product that is thinner than commercial dishwashing soaps, but it is still highly effective. If you prefer a thicker soap, simply adjust the ratio of Castile soap to water to include more soap.
